With no customers, candour is the only proof we own

Every page on this site says what GreetKeeper cannot do. That is not modesty. It is the only form of evidence available to a product nobody has used yet.

The short version

  • No customers, no reviews, no case studies. No uptime figure, no SLA, no certifications, no HIPAA claim.
  • English only at launch, and two calendars that write natively.
  • Stating those costs sales, which is what makes the rest of the page worth reading.
  • Several claims inherited from the previous product were removed for lacking evidence.

The problem a new product has

Everything a buyer would normally use to evaluate a vendor is unavailable here. There are no reviews to read, no customers to ring, no case studies, no operating history and no track record of outages or recoveries. Those absences are real and a careful buyer should weigh them.

What is left is whether our published claims can be checked. Prices, overage rates, the integration matrix, the compliance reading. Every one of those is verifiable without trusting us: you can read a competitor's pricing page yourself, and you can read the Maine statute.

That only works if the negative claims are published too. A page listing only capabilities is indistinguishable from marketing. A page that says English only, two native calendars and no certifications is making statements that cost something to make.

What we removed, and why

This product was previously sold under another name, and that site made claims we could not support. A 99.9 percent uptime figure with no measurement behind it. A count of calls handled. Named client practices with percentage improvements attached, unverified and unpermissioned. A sub-second response-time claim that had never been benchmarked. HIPAA and SOC 2 assertions with no certification or agreement chain.

All of those are gone and none will come back without evidence. That is a real cost: a claims list like that converts better than a limits list, and we are competing against sites that still carry equivalents.

The reason to do it anyway is that every one of those claims was checkable by a determined buyer, and being caught on one of them would have destroyed the credibility of everything else on the site, including the parts that were true.

The limits, in one place

No customers, no third-party reviews, no case studies, anywhere. No uptime figure and no SLA commitment. No certifications: not SOC 2, not ISO, and no HIPAA claim of any kind.

English at launch. Google Calendar, Outlook and webhooks are native; everything else that works is reached through Zapier on a paid Zapier plan, and anything unverified is listed as not yet. We employ no receptionists, so a call the assistant cannot handle goes to your team rather than to ours.

And we publish no resolution rate, because we have not measured one on real traffic. When any of these changes, it will appear on the site as a stated fact with a date, not as a roadmap promise.

Hear it handle one of your own calls

Your scenario, your greeting, a couple of minutes.
