Privacy policy
GreetKeeper answers phone calls, so it hears things. This explains what is kept and what you can do about it.

1. Two kinds of data
The first is data about you, the customer: the account, what you typed during setup, and billing details. The second is data about your callers, which reaches us because you forwarded your phone number to us. You decide what happens to the second kind, and we process it to run the service you are paying for.

3. The website
This site collects what you send us through a form and basic analytics about which pages are read. We do not sell any of it.
4. Who else is involved
Answering a call is a chain: a telephony carrier moves the audio, a speech-to-text service turns it into words, a language model decides what to say, and a voice service speaks it. Each is a separate company that processes call audio or text on our instructions. Ask us for the current list before a compliance review; we will send it.
5. Your rights over caller data
Delete a call and the transcript, recording and caller details go with it. Set a retention period that matches what you tell your own customers. Export your data at any time. Canceling stops new calls being answered but does not delete what is already stored, so delete deliberately if that is what you want.
6. What we do not do
We do not sell caller data, and we do not share it with anyone outside the processing chain above.
