About GreetKeeper

We built an AI receptionist for the businesses whose phone is the whole funnel: the plumber, the dental practice, the single-partner law firm.

The short version

  • We publish our overage rate. Most of this category publishes a monthly price and leaves out what a busy month costs.
  • Booking is on every plan, including the $49 one, because a receptionist that cannot book an appointment is an answering machine with better manners.
  • We do not claim HIPAA compliance, hold no certifications, and have no customers to show you yet. All three are on the page rather than behind a sales call.

Why the pricing page looks like that

When we priced this we read every competitor page in the category. Four of them publish a monthly figure and no overage rate at all. You cannot work out what a busy December costs without signing up and finding out.

So ours is printed: $0.45 a call on Starter, $0.35 on Professional, $0.25 on Scale. It is the number most likely to surprise you, which is exactly why it belongs on the page rather than in a footnote.

We also count calls rather than minutes. Per-minute billing charges you most for the conversation you most wanted: the one where someone explains the job properly and books a slot. That felt backwards, so we did not do it.

Why we write the limits down

We are new. No customers, no reviews, no case studies. Every established competitor has all three, and no amount of confident copy changes that.

What we can do is be specific where the rest of the category is vague. Our integration page says which tools we write to directly and which are reached through Zapier, by a webhook and a paid Zapier plan, rather than listing forty logos under the word integrations. Our compliance page says which state rules actually reach an inbound AI receptionist, which is two of them, rather than citing outbound robocall law the way most vendor pages do.

That is the trade. You get a product with no track record, and in exchange you get straight answers about what it does.
