Terms of service
The agreement between you and GreetKeeper. Plain language, because you should be able to read it.
Last updated September 2026.
1. What we provide
GreetKeeper answers inbound calls to a number you forward to us, and can book appointments, take messages, route calls and produce transcripts. It is not a human answering service, and it does not place outbound calls.
2. What you are responsible for
You own the relationship with your callers. That means telling them what you need to tell them, including any AI disclosure and recording notice your jurisdiction requires, and deciding what the assistant is allowed to say on your behalf. We give you the settings; the obligations are yours.
You are also responsible for the accuracy of what you type during setup. The assistant answers from that, so a wrong price or a wrong opening hour becomes a wrong answer.
3. Billing
Plans bill monthly in advance. Starter is $49 for 200 answered calls, then $0.45 a call. Professional is $149 for 750 calls, then $0.35. Scale is $349 for 2000 calls, then $0.25. Overage is billed in arrears.
A call counts when someone speaks to the assistant. Calls that end during the greeting, silent lines and detected robocalls do not count. Allowances reset monthly and do not roll over.
4. Ending it
Cancel at any time and the plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for. There is no notice period and no cancellation fee. Canceling stops new calls being answered; it does not delete stored call data, which you can remove yourself before or after.
5. What we do not promise
We publish no uptime commitment and no service level agreement, because we have not run long enough to have measured one honestly. Telephone networks, speech recognition and language models all fail occasionally, and a call can be handled badly. Keep a fallback route for calls that matter most.
We make no certification claim of any kind and no HIPAA claim. Nothing here should be read as advice about your own legal obligations.
6. Changes
If these terms change in a way that affects you, you will be told before it takes effect, and you can cancel if you do not agree.
