Every GreetKeeper price is public, down to the overage rate
GreetKeeper prints every number behind your bill on one page. You can price your busiest month before you sign anything.
The short version
- Starter is $49 a month for 200 answered calls, Professional is $149 for 750, and Scale is $349 for 2,000.
- The overage rate sits beside each plan: $0.45 a call on Starter, $0.35 on Professional and $0.25 on Scale.
- There's no setup fee, every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, and annual billing takes two months off.
- Very short calls, robocalls and screened calls don't count toward your allowance, so your bill tracks real conversations.
Every number that sets your bill is on one page
Open the GreetKeeper pricing page and you'll find three plans. Each one shows a monthly price, a call allowance and an overage rate. Multi-location pricing starts at $299 per location, with its overage set in the contract.
You'll see the terms around those numbers too. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial with every feature on, and you don't need a card to start. There's no setup fee, so the monthly plan is the whole price.
Booking into Google Calendar or Outlook comes on every plan, Starter included. Transfers do too. So the plan you pick depends on your call volume, and every feature comes on every tier.
A public price lets you plan for your busiest month
Say your carrier's log shows 300 inbound calls last month. On Starter, 200 are included and the other 100 cost $0.45 each, so the month comes to $94. You can do that sum on a napkin, before any sales call.
The same numbers tell you when to move up. Past about 422 calls a month, Professional's flat $149 costs less than Starter plus overage. Between Professional and Scale, the line falls at about 1,321 calls.
Seasonal trades gain the most here. Think of a heating shop in a January freeze, or a roofer after a hailstorm. Either one can price the peak month ahead of time, because the rate past the allowance is printed.
Why the overage rate falls as the plan grows
It's $0.45 on Starter, then $0.35, then $0.25. Each step down rewards a busy business for moving up a plan, so growth lowers your cost per call.
That keeps every tier tied to one thing, which is volume. A plumber taking 150 calls a month and a clinic taking 1,500 get the same booking, the same transfers and the same transcripts.
What counts as a call is published too
GreetKeeper counts answered calls, not minutes. A caller who takes ten minutes to describe a leak costs you the same as one who books a check-up in one.
Very short calls, robocalls and calls the assistant screens out don't count toward your plan. Silent or robotic callers are dropped before the greeting, so junk never eats into your allowance.
GreetKeeper's pricing page carries the full table of what counts. Read it next to your call log and you'll have your real number, not a guess.
How to use published prices when you compare vendors
Take last month's call count and your busiest month's count. Price both against each GreetKeeper plan, then ask every other vendor for the same two numbers in writing: the allowance and the rate past it.
Ask what their unit is as well. Per minute, per call and per unique caller are three different meters, and a fair comparison turns them all into calls.
As of September 2026, Rosie, Ruby, Slang.ai and AnswerConnect leave the overage rate off their pricing pages. With GreetKeeper, the number is already in front of you.
Questions buyers ask
Does GreetKeeper publish its overage rates?
Yes. GreetKeeper charges $0.45 a call past the allowance on Starter, $0.35 on Professional and $0.25 on Scale. All three rates sit on the pricing page, next to the plan they belong to.
Is there a setup fee for GreetKeeper?
No. GreetKeeper has no setup fee, so the monthly plan is the whole price. Plans start at $49 a month for 200 answered calls.
How does the GreetKeeper free trial work?
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial with every feature on. You don't need a card to start, and booking, transfers and transcripts all work from the first call.
Is annual billing cheaper than monthly?
Yes. Annual billing takes two months off the plan price. Both prices sit on the same pricing page as the allowances and overage rates.
What does GreetKeeper cost for several locations?
Multi-location pricing starts at $299 per location, and each location gets its own dedicated local number. Each number can have its own hours, greeting and calendar under one account.
