Upfirst pricing, tier by tier

Upfirst bills per call, on four published tiers. Starter is $24.95 a month for 30 calls, Premium $59.95 for 90, Pro $159.95 for 300 and Scale $299 for 600. Past 600 calls, Upfirst quotes a custom plan.

Each tier prints its own overage rate: $1.50 a call on Starter, $1 on Premium, $0.75 on Pro and $0.70 on Scale. Paying yearly cuts about 20%, so Starter drops to $20 a month and Scale to $240. We read every figure on upfirst.ai on 24 September 2026.

Upfirst says spam, telemarketing and political robocalls don't count toward a plan. Every plan starts with a 14-day trial, and Upfirst asks for no card to begin it.

What moves an Upfirst bill

  • The small allowances at the bottom. Starter's 30 calls is about one call a day, and every call after it costs $1.50.
  • The jump from Premium to Pro. At 150 calls, Premium costs $59.95 plus 60 extra calls at $1, which is $119.95. Pro costs $159.95 and leaves 150 calls unused.
  • Where your volume sits against 600. Above that line Upfirst prices by quote, so a growing practice loses the printed rate card.
  • Paying yearly. The 20% discount turns Pro from $159.95 into $128 a month.

Worked example

A two-van plumbing company takes 250 calls in a wet month, most of them after the office closes.

  1. Upfirst Premium

    $59.95 covers 90 calls, then 160 extra at $1. $59.95 + $160 = $219.95.

  2. Upfirst Pro

$159.95 covers all 250 calls with 50 to spare. $159.95.

  3. Upfirst Pro, billed yearly

$128 a month, so $1,536 across the year.

  4. GreetKeeper Starter

    $49 covers 200 calls, then 50 extra at $0.45. $49 + $22.50 = $71.50.

At 250 calls, Pro is the Upfirst tier that makes sense, and it runs $159.95 a month. The same month on GreetKeeper's Starter plan costs $71.50, with booking into Google Calendar or Outlook included.

Where our own price sits

GreetKeeper counts answered calls too. Starter is $49 for 200 calls, Professional $149 for 750 and Scale $349 for 2,000. Extra calls cost $0.45, $0.35 or $0.25 by plan, and our pricing page prints all three.

Robocalls and spam calls are screened out before the greeting and don't count toward your plan. Every plan includes booking, a dedicated local number and a 14-day free trial with no card.

Pricing Upfirst against your own phone bill

Pull last month's inbound call count, then price the tier just below it plus overage, and the tier just above it flat.

On Upfirst the lower tier plus overage costs less below about 190 calls, and Pro costs less above it.

If you pass 600 calls in a busy season, ask for the custom quote in writing before that month arrives.
