Between adjustments there is no window to answer a phone
You run twelve-minute visits back to back. GreetKeeper answers in the gaps, books your new patient, and keeps your care-plan schedule from drifting.
Caller
“I put my back out lifting a pushchair on Sunday and I can't stand up straight. Do you take walk-ins or do I need an appointment?”
What happened next
- Booked a new-patient exam Wednesday 8:20am, 45 minutes
- Noted: acute lower back, onset Sunday, lifting injury, not seen here before
- Texted the intake forms link so they arrive completed
A full adjusting schedule has no gaps for a phone
Twelve-minute visits back to back means your phone rings while you've got hands on somebody. If you're solo, there's nobody else to answer it.
Acute back pain is a same-day decision. Someone who can't stand up straight rings whoever answers, and if that isn't you they're on another table by Wednesday. New-patient exams are the appointments that matter most to a practice your size.
Care plans are your quieter loss. A patient who misses a visit and can't get through to rebook simply drops out of the plan, and nobody notices until your schedule looks thin three weeks later.
GreetKeeper answers between your visits. It books the new-patient exam with the longer slot it needs, and it rebooks the plan patient who rang while you were adjusting.
Telling a new exam apart from a plan visit
They need different slot lengths and different questions, and getting it wrong wrecks your schedule.
New patient or under a plan
A new patient gets the full exam slot you set, usually the longest appointment in your day. A plan patient gets a standard adjustment slot, and your schedule stays intact.
Take the onset and the mechanism
When it started and what they were doing, in their own words. Lifting a pushchair on Sunday tells you more before the visit than any drop-down list would.
Route anything that is not musculoskeletal
Numbness, loss of bladder control, a fall with a head impact, chest symptoms. You write the wording, the call comes to you or to your emergency instruction, and it's never assessed on the phone.
Rebook the missed visit
A plan patient who missed Tuesday gets offered the next slot that keeps your schedule intact, which is how a care plan survives a busy week.
What it writes to in a chiropractic office
Your software is its own world, and nothing in it takes a phone booking directly.
| Tool | How it connects | What that means |
|---|---|---|
| Google Calendar | Writes directly | Direct write, which many solo practices run their schedule on. |
| Outlook Calendar | Writes directly | Direct write, same behavior. |
| ChiroTouch | Not yet | No verified write path. The booking is captured and entered by your team. |
| Jane App | Not yet | Not verified. Its own online booking remains the better route for existing patients. |
| Genesis Chiropractic | Not yet | Not verified. |
| Zapier | Through Zapier | There is no GreetKeeper app in Zapier yet. Our webhook, caught on a paid Zapier plan, reaches anything with a Zapier app, including a CRM or a spreadsheet. |
One new patient exam a month settles it
This is a small-practice purchase, and you'll find the tiers priced for one.
| Plan | Monthly | Calls included | After that |
|---|---|---|---|
| StarterFor a single location taking calls one line at a time. | $49 | 200 | $0.45 per call |
| ProfessionalBooking, routing and transfers included, not an add-on. | $149 | 750 | $0.35 per call |
| ScaleFor busy phones and longer opening hours. | $349 | 2,000 | $0.25 per call |
If you're solo and forwarding the hours you're in the adjusting room, Starter fits at $49 a month, 200 answered calls, 45 cents each after. Two practitioners with an active care-plan list generally means Professional at $149 for 750, then 35 cents.
Rosie gates booking to its $149 tier as of September 2026. Here it's on the $49 plan, and if you run a single room that's the difference that decides it.
It does not assess anybody
What solo practitioners ask
Will it book a new patient into a short slot?
No, as long as you set your exam length during setup. New patients get the full slot and plan patients get a standard one, and that distinction is what protects your schedule.
What if a caller mentions numbness or a fall?
It routes. You write the wording for red-flag symptoms, and the call comes to you or to your emergency instruction. It won't assess, reassure or carry on booking.
Does it connect to ChiroTouch or Jane?
Not with a verified write path, so you'll see both listed as not connected. Your Google Calendar or Outlook are the direct writes, and Zapier covers anything else with a connector.
Is it HIPAA compliant?
No, and no vendor in this category should tell you otherwise without showing you the BAA chain. There's no certification here. Scope your script to scheduling and take the storage answer to your advisor.
Can it chase patients who dropped off a plan?
No. It answers your inbound calls only. It'll rebook a plan patient who rings in, but it won't make outbound calls of any kind.
Hear it book a new patient exam
Your slot lengths, your red-flag wording, two minutes.
