Dialzara alternatives

Dialzara's Business Lite plan is $29 for 60 minutes, and the tiers above it run $99 for 220, $199 for 500 and $349 for 1,000. An hour of included talking goes quickly, so the usual reason people look around is the jump: the next plan up is more than three times the price of the one they signed up on.

What Dialzara does that we do not

Switching costs time, so weigh these capabilities against it before you move.

  • The lowest entry price in the category at $29.
  • They publish overage rates on every tier, which is rare and worth crediting.
  • English and Spanish handling included.

Why people leave Dialzara

Not a general complaint about the category. The specific wall this vendor puts in front of you.

The tier steps, not the honesty. Dialzara publishes its overage on every plan, which almost nobody else does, so nobody leaves surprised. They leave because $29 buys 60 minutes and the next stop is $99 for 220. If your calls average three minutes, the entry plan is about twenty conversations, and a single week of decent inquiry volume clears it. The other reason is the meter itself: a booking call that goes well is a booking call that costs more.

What the bill does as you grow

The entry price is the cheapest month you will ever have. This is the shape of the rest.

Dialzara's rate improves as you climb, from about $0.48 a minute down to $0.35, published on every tier. Their $349 Elite plan covers 1,000 minutes, which at three minutes a call is roughly 330 conversations. Ours is $349 for 2,000 answered calls at any length, with $0.25 after. Below about 25 calls a month their $29 plan beats our $49, and we'd rather tell you that than watch you find out.

What moving off Dialzara actually involves

Forwarding takes five minutes. Here is the part that takes an afternoon.

Dialzara is the easiest migration on this list, and that cuts both ways. Their seven-day trial means you probably built the assistant yourself rather than having it built for you, so you already know your own script. Export the answers, the routing rules and the voice settings, rebuild them once, and run both on split forwarding for a week. If you're on a monthly plan there's nothing to unwind.

Where we fall short

Common questions

Can I pay less than Dialzara's $29?

Only Smith.ai's free tier, which covers 25 calls at $0 and then charges $3.00 each. That's the one entry point below $29 on this page, and it stops at 25 calls. Past that, $29 for 60 minutes is the floor.

Which plan should I move to when my 60 minutes runs out?

Do the arithmetic before you take the step up. Dialzara's next tier is $99 for 220 minutes, about 70 calls at three minutes each. Our $49 Starter covers 200 answered calls with booking included. Run the comparison on your own call log rather than the tier names.

Will anything else answer my Spanish-speaking callers?

Dialzara states English and Spanish handling on its own site. GreetKeeper answers in English at launch, and we won't claim a language list we haven't verified. Two languages against one is the whole difference on this question.
