Dialzara pricing, minute by minute

Dialzara sells talk time. Business Lite is $29 a month for up to 60 minutes, Business Pro $99 for 220, Business Plus $199 for 500 and Business Elite $349 for 1,000. Each plan prints its own overage rate, from $0.48 a minute on Lite down to $0.35 on Elite.

Your bill follows how long people talk, not how many people call. A caller who explains a leaking water heater for six minutes uses twelve times the talk time of a 30-second hang-up. We read every figure on dialzara.com/pricing on 24 September 2026.

There's a 7-day free trial, no contract, and you can cancel any time. Texting and website chat are sold as separate add-ons, and outbound calling is its own product line.

What pushes a Dialzara invoice up

  • Average call length. Multiply your monthly calls by the average minutes, because that's the number Dialzara bills.
  • Which features sit on which tier. Calendar sync and warm transfer start on Business Pro at $99, so booking calls rule out the $29 plan.
  • Overage against the next plan. Lite plus 150 extra minutes is $101, which already passes Pro's $99.
  • Add-ons. Texting callers runs $19 a month plus $0.05 a message on top of the voice plan.

Worked example

A small plumbing firm gets 120 calls a month that average three minutes, so 360 minutes of talk time, and wants bookings in Google Calendar.

  1. Business Lite

    $29 covers 60 minutes, then 300 at $0.48. $29 + $144 = $173, and calendar sync isn't on this tier.

  2. Business Pro

    $99 covers 220 minutes, then 140 at $0.45. $99 + $63 = $162.

  3. Business Plus

$199 covers all 360 minutes with 140 to spare. $199.

  4. GreetKeeper Starter

$49 covers 200 answered calls, so all 120 fit. $49, booking included.

The cheapest Dialzara route for this month is Pro plus overage at $162. On GreetKeeper the same 120 calls cost $49, however long each caller talks.

Where our own price sits

GreetKeeper counts answered calls, never minutes. Starter is $49 for 200 calls, Professional $149 for 750 and Scale $349 for 2,000, with extra calls at $0.45, $0.35 or $0.25.

Booking into Google Calendar or Outlook is on every plan, including Starter. After each call the caller gets one text with the booking link or confirmation, and robocalls and spam calls are screened out and don't count toward your plan.

PlanMonthlyCalls includedAfter that
StarterFor a single location taking calls one line at a time.$49200$0.45 per call
ProfessionalBooking, routing and transfers included, not an add-on.$149750$0.35 per call
ScaleFor busy phones and longer opening hours.$3492,000$0.25 per call

Finding your real minute count

Your carrier's call log shows the duration of every inbound call. Add a month of them up before you pick a tier.

Look at your longest calls as well as the average. A few ten-minute estimates move a minute-billed plan more than dozens of short ones.

Use the 7-day trial on a normal week, then multiply the minutes by four and a bit.
