AI receptionists that book into Microsoft Outlook, ranked
GreetKeeper is our product, and it ranks first for Outlook booking on the method below. It writes the appointment straight into your Outlook or Microsoft 365 calendar during the call, on every plan including the $49 Starter. The caller's name, number and time are read back before the event is created.
Offices that run on Microsoft 365 live in Outlook: the partner's calendar, the shared booking view, the Teams invite that follows. A receptionist that books somewhere else leaves someone copying appointments across by hand, and that's where double bookings come from.
Smith.ai runs per-call AI with a human team behind it from $150 for Pro. Rosie charges $49 for 250 minutes and puts booking on its $149 plan. Goodcall counts unique customers at $79 for 100.
Dialzara starts at $29 for 60 minutes, and PATLive staffs human receptionists from $99 for 50 minutes. Check each vendor's own integrations page for how its bookings reach Outlook.
How this was put together
Disclosure: GreetKeeper is our product. We ranked six vendors in September 2026 for offices whose diaries live in Outlook or Microsoft 365. Rival prices were read on each vendor's own pricing page that month.
What we compared
- Whether the assistant writes the appointment into Outlook itself, during the call.
- Whether booking is included on the entry plan or sold on a higher tier.
- Whether each staff member or office can book into its own calendar.
- Published entry price, allowance and the rate past it.

How to test an Outlook booking integration
Ask for a demo booking into a real Outlook calendar. Book a slot, then ask for one you know is taken. GreetKeeper reads your Outlook availability during the call, offers only open times and creates the event itself. One Microsoft Graph connection covers Outlook and Microsoft 365.
Then map your calendars. In a four-person firm each person usually keeps their own diary. Each GreetKeeper number can have its own hours, greeting and calendar under one account, so a direct line books into the right person's Outlook.
Finally, check what the client receives. GreetKeeper reads the name, number and time back before it writes the event, and the caller then gets one text with the confirmation. Your staff see the appointment in the Outlook they already have open.
Our own pricing, in full
Including the rate after the allowance, which is the number most of this list leaves off.
| Plan | Monthly | Calls included | After that |
|---|---|---|---|
| StarterFor a single location taking calls one line at a time. | $49 | 200 | $0.45 per call |
| ProfessionalBooking, routing and transfers included, not an add-on. | $149 | 750 | $0.35 per call |
| ScaleFor busy phones and longer opening hours. | $349 | 2,000 | $0.25 per call |
The short version
- Booking is included on every tier. Rosie keeps booking and live transfer behind its $149 plan.
- The overage rate is on the pricing page. Rosie, Ruby, Slang and AnswerConnect do not publish theirs.
- Calls are counted, not minutes, so a long useful conversation costs the same as a short one.
Questions people ask about this list
Which AI receptionists work with Microsoft Outlook calendar?
GreetKeeper writes directly into Outlook and Microsoft 365 on every plan, from $49 for 200 answered calls. For other vendors, confirm the booking method on each one's integrations page; Rosie's booking, for example, sits on its $149 Scale tier.
Does it work with Microsoft 365 business accounts?
Yes. GreetKeeper's Outlook and Microsoft 365 connection is one Microsoft Graph calendar integration, included on every plan. It reads busy times and creates the event during the call.
Can different staff book into different Outlook calendars?
Yes. Each GreetKeeper number can have its own hours, greeting and calendar under one account. Callers who dial a partner's direct line land in that partner's Outlook, and the main number books into the shared one.
What if my team uses Google Calendar instead?
GreetKeeper writes directly into Google Calendar too, on the same plans. Both calendar connections are included on Starter at $49, Professional at $149 and Scale at $349.
