AnswerForce pricing: what the plans cover

AnswerForce keeps its prices behind a form. Every "See Prices" button on answerforce.com opens a registration page that asks for your name, email, phone number and company before it will "Show Plans". The site prints no plan price, bundle size or overage rate on its open pages.

What the site does say is how the plans are counted. AnswerForce plans are measured in minutes, and you can spend your plan's minutes on call-backs or outbound lead follow-up as well as on answering. Service is live receptionists, 24/7, with Spanish-English answering and appointment setting listed as services.

Setup runs through people too. You sign up, get a welcome call to write your script and set call forwarding and recording, then forward your first call. We read answerforce.com on 24 September 2026; answerforce.com/pricing redirected to the homepage that day.

What decides an AnswerForce bill

  • Talk time. Plans count minutes, so the length of each call sets how fast a bundle runs down.
  • Call-backs and follow-up. AnswerForce lets those draw on the same minutes, so outbound work shortens the bundle for inbound calls.
  • Busy seasons. A trade business that doubles its calls in a heat wave doubles its minutes too.
  • Which services you switch on, such as live chat or lead qualification, since the open site lists them without prices.

Worked example

An HVAC company takes 220 calls a month, and callers take about three minutes to describe the problem and give an address.

  1. AnswerForce

220 calls at three minutes is 660 minutes of plan time before any call-backs.

  2. AnswerForce with ten follow-up calls a week at two minutes each

about 80 more minutes from the same bundle, 740 in all.

  3. GreetKeeper Starter

    $49 for 200 answered calls, then 20 at $0.45. $49 + $9 = $58.

  4. GreetKeeper in a heat-wave month with 440 calls

    $49 + 240 at $0.45 = $157, or $149 on Professional with 750 included.

You can size an AnswerForce quote only after the form, and the number you'll need to bring is minutes, about 740 for this firm. GreetKeeper's number is the call count, and both prices sit on our pricing page before you type a thing.

Where our own price sits

GreetKeeper prints every price on the open page: $49 for 200 answered calls, $149 for 750 and $349 for 2,000, then $0.45, $0.35 or $0.25 for each extra call.

There's no setup fee, and every plan starts with a 14-day free trial with no card needed. Booking into Google Calendar or Outlook, transfers to your team and texts to the on-call person come on every plan.

PlanMonthlyCalls includedAfter that
StarterFor a single location taking calls one line at a time.$49200$0.45 per call
ProfessionalBooking, routing and transfers included, not an add-on.$149750$0.35 per call
ScaleFor busy phones and longer opening hours.$3492,000$0.25 per call

Getting a quote you can compare

Bring minutes to the form, not calls: multiply last month's calls by your average call length.

Ask whether call-backs you request come out of the same minutes, and how many you'd make in a month.

Ask for the rate on minutes past the bundle in writing, since the open site doesn't print it.

Every competitor figure on this page was read on that vendor's own pricing page in September 2026. Prices change. Check before you buy.
