Allo AI receptionist pricing: seats plus agents
Allo is a business phone system first, so its AI receptionist is priced as an add-on. The AI Receptionist costs $32 a month per agent on yearly billing, the same as a Business seat, and follows your seat's billing. You switch it on inside Allo once you're on a paid plan.
The seat is the other half of the bill. Business costs $32 per user a month billed yearly, or $45 month to month. Ultra costs $100 per user a month yearly, or $120 monthly. Each seat includes a business number, unlimited national calls, call recording and AI summaries.
Allo lists no setup fee and no contract, and it offers a 7-day free trial. Its pricing page adds that add-on pricing is early and can still change. We read every figure on withallo.com on 24 September 2026.

What moves an Allo bill
- Headcount. Every person on the phone system is a seat, so a four-person office pays four seats before the first agent.
- The number of AI agents. Each agent is another $32 a month on yearly billing.
- Monthly or yearly. The same Business seat costs $32 yearly and $45 month to month.
- Texting. US texts are included on Business and Ultra; the one-time $24 registration comes first.
- Extra numbers at $5 a month each, for a second location or a tracking line.
