Echowin pricing, from pay as you go to bundles

Echowin bills a phone agent by the minute. On pay as you go you pay $0.20 for every voice minute and $10 a month for each phone number, with $0 to start. Prepay a monthly bundle and the rate drops to between 14 and 18 cents a minute. We read every figure on echo.win/pricing on 25 September 2026.

You'll find Echowin at echo.win. The older echowin.com address shows a parked domain page, so a search can send you to the wrong place. Echowin calls itself an AI agent builder for phone and chat: you write the agent's instructions, wire its tools and then put it live.

Two rules on the pricing page change a real bill. Bundle minutes reset each billing cycle and don't carry over to the next month. And the part of a call after a transfer bills at half the per-minute rate, so a transferred call still runs the meter.

What sets the size of an Echowin bill

  • How long your callers talk. A four-minute call costs twice a two-minute call on every Echowin plan.
  • Which bundle you commit to. Buy too small and the extra minutes run at a higher rate; buy too big and the spare minutes expire at month end.
  • How many numbers you run. Each one is $10 a month, so three shop lines add $30 before a single call.
  • How often calls get transferred. The minutes after the handoff still bill, at half the rate.
  • The hours spent building. Echowin gives you the tools, and your time writing and testing the agent is the part no calculator shows.

Worked example

A tire shop takes 300 calls a month. Callers ask for a quote and a slot, so calls average three minutes, or 900 minutes in all.

  1. Echowin pay as you go

    900 minutes at $0.20 is $180, plus $10 for the number. $190 a month.

  2. Echowin Bundle 3

$150 covers 1,000 minutes, plus $10 for the number. $160, and the 100 unused minutes expire.

  3. A slower season

calls stretch to six minutes, so the same 300 calls need 1,800 minutes. Bundle 4 at $350 plus the number is $360.

  4. GreetKeeper Starter

$49 for 200 answered calls, then 100 more at $0.45. $94 a month at three minutes a call or at six.

On Echowin the shop's bill moves with every extra minute of talk, from $160 to $360 for the same 300 callers. GreetKeeper's $94 stays put, because we count calls, not minutes. Booking into Google Calendar or Outlook comes with it, and so does the local number.

Where our own price sits

GreetKeeper is a finished AI receptionist priced per answered call: $49 for 200 calls, $149 for 750 and $349 for 2,000. Past the allowance you pay $0.45, $0.35 or $0.25 a call by plan, and a ten-minute call counts once.

Your dedicated local number comes with every plan, with the area code you pick at signup. Point GreetKeeper at your website and it drafts your hours, services and FAQs for you to correct, so there's no agent to design.

Robocalls and spam calls are screened out before the greeting and never count toward your plan. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, no card and no setup fee.

Pricing Echowin before you commit to a bundle

Take your average call length from last month's phone bill and multiply it by your call count. That's the minute figure every Echowin plan runs on.

Pick the bundle for your quiet month, not your busy one. Unused bundle minutes don't carry over, so a bundle sized for peak season loses money in the slow weeks.

Count your lines. Each number is $10 a month, and it's easy to forget the second location or the after-hours line.
