Goodcall pricing and the unique-caller meter

Goodcall charges a monthly fee per agent, and each plan includes a set number of unique callers. Starter is $79 for 100, Growth is $129 for 250 and Scale is $249 for 500. Each extra unique caller costs $0.50. Minutes are unlimited on every plan, so call length never changes the bill.

A unique caller is a phone number that calls and actually speaks to the agent in a month. Ten calls from the same number count once. Goodcall's page says robocalls, numbers you block and callers who say nothing never count.

Annual billing takes 15% off: $66, $108 and $208 a month. Every plan is priced per agent, and Goodcall suggests one agent for each location. We read these figures on goodcall.com on 24 September 2026.

How the Goodcall bill behaves

  • Repeat callers are cheap on this meter. A regular who rings four times in a month counts once, so a business with loyal customers stretches its allowance further.
  • New callers are what you pay for. A month with a big ad push brings fresh numbers, and each one past the allowance costs $0.50.
  • The agent is the unit of the subscription. A second location with its own agent is a second monthly fee.
  • History matters as much as calls. Starter keeps call and customer details for 7 days, so looking back at last month's calls means Growth at $129.
  • Transfers go to directory contacts, and Starter includes three of them.

Worked example

A single-location hair salon takes 320 calls in a month. Regulars call again to move appointments, so those 320 calls come from 210 unique numbers.

  1. Goodcall Starter

    $79 covers 100 unique callers, then 110 more at $0.50. $79 + $55 = $134.

  2. Goodcall Growth

$129 covers all 210 unique callers with 40 to spare. $129, the lower Goodcall bill for this salon.

  3. GreetKeeper Starter

    $49 covers 200 answered calls, then 120 more at $0.45. $49 + $54 = $103.

  4. GreetKeeper Professional

$149 covers 750 calls, which suits the salon once it passes about 420 calls a month. $149.

The unique-caller meter works in this salon's favour, because a third of its calls are repeats that Goodcall counts once. GreetKeeper still lands at $103 for the month, with booking into the salon's calendar on the plan and every extra call priced at $0.45 in advance.

Where our own price sits

GreetKeeper counts answered calls: $49 for 200, $149 for 750 and $349 for 2,000, then $0.45, $0.35 or $0.25 a call. You can check the count against your phone bill line by line.

Each plan includes a dedicated local number with the area code you choose at signup. Robocalls and spam calls are screened out before the greeting and don't count, and booking into Google Calendar or Outlook is on every plan.

Counting your own unique callers

Export last month's call log and remove duplicate numbers. What's left is roughly the number Goodcall would bill you for.

Keep the full call count as well. That's the number GreetKeeper bills, minus robocalls and very short calls.

Note how far back you look at call records. Goodcall's Starter keeps 7 days, and GreetKeeper sends every call to you as a transcript and a short summary.

Questions people ask

How much does Goodcall cost?

Goodcall costs $79 a month per agent on Starter, $129 on Growth and $249 on Scale. Those plans include 100, 250 and 500 unique callers, and each extra unique caller costs $0.50. Annual billing drops them to $66, $108 and $208 a month (September 2026).

What is a unique customer on Goodcall?

A unique customer is a phone number that calls and speaks to your Goodcall agent in a given month. The same number calling ten times counts as one. Goodcall says robocalls, blocked numbers and silent callers never count.

Does Goodcall charge per minute?

No. Goodcall's plans include unlimited minutes and AI tokens, so a long call costs nothing extra. The bill moves only with the number of unique callers and the number of agents you run.

How does a Goodcall bill compare with GreetKeeper?

GreetKeeper's entry plan is $49 for 200 answered calls with booking included. Goodcall's entry plan is $79 per agent for 100 unique callers (September 2026). Which bill comes out lower depends on how many of your calls are repeats, so count your unique numbers first.
