Weave pricing and the $199 starting price
Weave prints one number: its plans start from $199 a month. Each of the three tiers, Pro, Elite and Ultimate, carries a "Get Pricing" button in place of a price, and larger groups get a separate enterprise quote. Every plan includes customer support and onboarding.
Weave is a patient communication platform for healthcare practices, so the tiers bundle phones, texting, reminders, forms and payments. The clearest published difference is the texting allowance: 1,500 bulk messages a month on Pro, 3,000 on Elite and 15,000 on Ultimate, which also includes up to 15 desk phones.
Weave's AI Receptionist lives on its own page and isn't priced on the pricing page. It answers calls, texts and website chats, and books straight into the calendar for qualified dental practice systems. We read getweave.com on 24 September 2026.
What Weave publishes on its pricing page

What decides a Weave quote
- The tier. Pro, Elite and Ultimate differ in texting volume, phones and training, and each is quoted.
- Desk phones. Ultimate includes up to 15 phones, so the number of handsets in your office matters.
- Your practice system. Direct booking by the AI Receptionist needs a qualified dental practice system.
- Group size. Multi-location groups move to enterprise pricing.
Worked example
A two-dentist practice takes 600 calls a month and wants after-hours and lunch-hour calls answered and booked.
Weave
the published floor is $199 a month for a plan; the tier and the AI Receptionist come on a quote.
Weave booking
direct booking needs a qualified dental practice system, otherwise requests wait for your team.
GreetKeeper Starter
$49 for 200 calls, then 400 at $0.45. $49 + $180 = $229.
GreetKeeper Professional
750 calls included, so all 600 fit. $149.
The practice can put a firm number on only one side of this before a sales call. GreetKeeper's $149 covers the 600 calls with booking into Google Calendar or Outlook included, and the 601st call would cost $0.35.
Where our own price sits
GreetKeeper prints every price: $49 for 200 answered calls, $149 for 750 and $349 for 2,000, then $0.45, $0.35 or $0.25 for each extra call. There's no setup fee, and every plan starts with a 14-day free trial with no card needed.
Booking into Google Calendar or Outlook comes on every plan, and GreetKeeper reads the name, number and time back before it books. It answers calls that arrive together at the same time, and each location gets its own local number.
| Plan | Monthly | Calls included | After that |
|---|---|---|---|
| StarterFor a single location taking calls one line at a time. | $49 | 200 | $0.45 per call |
| ProfessionalBooking, routing and transfers included, not an add-on. | $149 | 750 | $0.35 per call |
| ScaleFor busy phones and longer opening hours. | $349 | 2,000 | $0.25 per call |
Before the Weave sales call
Count your desk phones and your monthly texts, since those two separate the Weave tiers.
Ask for the AI Receptionist price as its own line, apart from the plan.
Check whether your practice system qualifies for direct booking, and what happens to requests if it doesn't.
