Abby Connect pricing and the Abby Minute
Abby Connect sells its own unit, the Abby Minute. Starter is $165 a month for 50 Abby Minutes, Essential is $329 for 100, Professional is $599 for 200 and Growth is $1,380 for 500. A minute answered by a person uses one Abby Minute, and a minute answered by Abby's AI uses half of one.
So the same plan stretches up to twice as far on AI. Abby's own example is the Professional plan: 200 minutes all human, 300 minutes as a mix, or 400 minutes all AI. Usage past the plan is billed at your plan's Abby Minute rate.

What decides an Abby Connect bill
- Your mix of human and AI answering. Every call you route to a person burns the plan twice as fast as an AI call of the same length.
- Call length. Both halves of the service are metered by the minute, so a long call costs more whoever answers it.
- The step between plans. Professional to Growth is $599 to $1,380, so a month that just passes 200 Abby Minutes means overage or a large jump.
- Overage at the plan's own rate. Going over doesn't change your unit price, and Abby says you can move up a plan at any time with no penalty.
Worked example
A property management company takes 140 calls a month. Most are routine: 120 calls at 2.5 minutes go to Abby's AI, and 20 maintenance emergencies at 4 minutes go to a person.
AI calls
120 × 2.5 = 300 AI minutes, which is 150 Abby Minutes.
Human calls
20 × 4 = 80 human minutes, which is 80 Abby Minutes. Total: 230 Abby Minutes.
Abby Professional covers 200, so 30 Abby Minutes go to overage at the plan's rate. Stepping up to Growth covers everything for $1,380.
All AI instead
140 × 2.5 = 350 AI minutes, or 175 Abby Minutes. Abby Professional covers it. $599.
