VoiceNation pricing now, after the Moneypenny redirect
VoiceNation's pricing page now forwards to Moneypenny. A request for voicenation.com/pricing returns a permanent 301 redirect to moneypenny.com/us/pricing, and the VoiceNation homepage forwards to Moneypenny's US site. So the price you'll see for VoiceNation today is Moneypenny's US rate card.
That card sells two things. People Answering comes in bundles of 50, 100, 200 and 500 minutes, and AI Answering in bundles of 25, 50, 100 and 250 calls, each with its own rate for extra usage. Moneypenny asks for 30 days' notice to cancel.
We traced the redirects on 24 September 2026. Moneypenny's pages block AI crawlers such as GPTBot and ClaudeBot, so a question about VoiceNation's price reaches a page those tools can't read.
Where the VoiceNation URLs go
| You request | You land on | Redirect type |

What to check if you're on a VoiceNation plan
- Your billing unit. If your old plan counted minutes, the people plans on the new card still do, and the AI plans count calls instead.
- Your notice period. The rate card you now reach asks for 30 days' notice, effective from the next billing date.
- Your forwarding. Whatever you move to, your business number keeps working as long as the forwarding at your carrier points somewhere that answers.
- Your records. Download call logs and messages before any change of plan, so your history travels with you.
Worked example
A heating and cooling contractor was quoted by VoiceNation and now takes 130 calls a month, averaging 3.5 minutes, which is 455 minutes.
The redirect
the VoiceNation pricing link now opens Moneypenny's US rate card.
People Answering
455 minutes needs the 500-minute bundle, or the 200-minute bundle plus 255 extra minutes.
AI Answering
130 calls passes the 100-call bundle, so it's the 250-call bundle or 30 extra calls.
GreetKeeper Starter
130 answered calls fit inside the 200 included. $49.
GreetKeeper at 300 calls in a heatwave
$49 + 100 × $0.45 = $94.
The redirect changes the page, not the arithmetic: a minute meter still follows talk time, and a call meter still follows call count. GreetKeeper counts calls, prints the $0.45 overage, and answers calls that arrive together at the same time, so a heatwave never queues.
Where our own price sits
GreetKeeper plans are $49 for 200 answered calls, $149 for 750 and $349 for 2,000, with extra calls at $0.45, $0.35 or $0.25. Every plan includes a dedicated local number with the area code you choose.
You keep your business number and forward it to GreetKeeper in any carrier mode: all calls, busy, no-answer or unreachable. The ring count is set where the forwarding is set, and GreetKeeper answers the moment the call arrives.
| Plan | Monthly | Calls included | After that |
|---|---|---|---|
| StarterFor a single location taking calls one line at a time. | $49 | 200 | $0.45 per call |
| ProfessionalBooking, routing and transfers included, not an add-on. | $149 | 750 | $0.35 per call |
| ScaleFor busy phones and longer opening hours. | $349 | 2,000 | $0.25 per call |
Moving off a redirected plan cleanly
Start the GreetKeeper 14-day trial before you give notice, so your calls are answered on day one.
Point your carrier's forwarding at your new GreetKeeper number, then call your own line to hear it answer.
Keep your old plan until the first full week of calls looks right, then send your cancellation notice.
