AI receptionists for chiropractors, ranked on the twelve-minute visit
GreetKeeper is our product, and it ranks first for a chiropractic practice because it books the new patient into the right slot between adjustments, keeps the care-plan reschedule from drifting a week, and discloses it is an AI at the start, for $49 a month with the overage printed.
A chiropractor runs visits back to back with no window to answer a phone. The caller is usually a new patient in pain today or an existing one moving a visit, and both need a slot, not a voicemail. An assistant that reads the schedule and writes the booking during the call is the whole product here.
Dialzara opens the page at $29 for 60 minutes with overage printed on every tier, and Rosie holds $49 for 250 minutes with booking on its $149 plan. Goodcall counts unique customers at $79 for 100, which fits a practice whose care-plan patients ring often.
Smith.ai puts a human team behind the AI at $150 for Pro, and Posh and Ruby answer with people by the minute. Any of them suits a practice that wants a receptionist's voice on the phone and has the margin for the minutes.
Chiropractic is a licensed health occupation, so Utah's AI Policy Act asks for a verbal disclosure at the start. GreetKeeper's disclosure setting says it in the first sentence. The assistant handles scheduling and enquiry details, and clinical records stay in your practice system.
How this was put together
Disclosure: GreetKeeper is our product. Compared in September 2026 on a chiropractic practice's schedule, with every competitor figure read on that vendor's own pricing page that month.
What we compared
- Whether a new patient can be booked into a real open slot at the entry price, with the details read back.
- Whether an existing patient can move a care-plan visit without the schedule drifting.
- Whether the assistant can disclose it is an AI verbally at the start, for the Utah rule.
- The billing unit, since a new-patient call with insurance questions runs several minutes.
- Published price, allowance and overage rate.
The shortlist at a glance
Billing unit first, because it decides more of the final bill than the headline price does.

GreetKeeper
New patient booked between adjustments, care plans kept, the AI disclosed, at $49.
Worth it for: A solo or two-doctor practice that wants the phone answered during visits, the new patient in a real slot before the call ends, and the reschedule handled without a callback.
Charges per answered call. Entry plan $49/mo for 200 answered calls. After the allowance: $0.45 a call on Starter, published.
Dialzara
The cheapest start here, with a per-minute overage on every tier.
Worth it for: A new practice testing the category at $29, where the rate past 60 minutes is printed from $0.48 down to $0.35.
Not for: A full schedule. Sixty minutes is around fifteen booking conversations, and a new-patient call with insurance questions uses several of them.
Charges per minute. Entry plan Business Lite $29/mo for 60 minutes. After the allowance: Published on every tier, from $0.48 a minute down to $0.35.
Rosie
The $49 anchor, with booking on the $149 plan.
Worth it for: A practice that wants calls captured for $49 and will book every request itself between patients.
Not for: Booking at the entry price, since it sits on the $149 Scale tier, and pricing a busy month, since the overage rate is not published.
Charges per minute. Entry plan Professional $49/mo for 250 minutes. After the allowance: Not published.
Goodcall
One unit per patient however often they ring, minutes uncapped.
Worth it for: A practice with a large care-plan book where the same patients call to move visits, since a repeat caller is one unit at $79 for 100 customers.
Not for: A practice with a separate number per clinic, because pricing is per agent and each phone number is an agent.
Charges per unique caller. Entry plan Starter $79/mo ($66 annual) for 100 unique customers. After the allowance: $0.50 per additional unique customer, published.
Smith.ai
AI with a trained human team behind it, per call from $150.
Worth it for: A multi-doctor clinic whose new-patient calls are worth a person's attention when the assistant hands off, at near $2.00 a call.
Not for: A solo practice pricing on volume. The Pro plan is $150 for 75 to 300 calls, and the free tier ends at 25.
Charges per call. Entry plan Free tier at $0 for 25 calls, then $3.00 a call. After the allowance: Published, and the per-call rate falls as the tier rises.
Posh
Receptionist minutes across seven named tiers, with the rate on each.
Worth it for: A practice that wants a person answering and a mid-size tier such as Vogue at $130 for 50 minutes.
Not for: The Chïc entry tier, which is $65 for zero minutes at $2.30 each, so a busy week bills past the subscription quickly.
Charges per minute. Entry plan Chïc at $65/mo with zero minutes included, at $2.30 a minute. After the allowance: Published on every tier, from $2.30 down to $1.90 a minute.
How to choose for a chiropractic practice
Start with the slot. A new patient in pain wants today, and GreetKeeper reads your real availability from Google Calendar or Outlook, offers open slots, and writes the visit during the call with the name, number and time read back. Rosie sells that booking on its $149 tier.
Then the reschedule. Care-plan patients move visits often, and Goodcall's unique-customer meter counts each of them once at $79 for 100. GreetKeeper counts answered calls at $49 for 200, and a patient who moves a visit twice in a month is two short calls, with very short calls and screened robocalls not counted.
Last, the disclosure and the data. GreetKeeper says it is an AI at the start in words you set, which meets Utah's rule for licensed occupations and Maine's notice rule. GreetKeeper does not make a HIPAA claim; the assistant handles scheduling and enquiry details, and treatment notes stay in your practice system.
Our own pricing, in full
Including the rate after the allowance, which is the number most of this list leaves off.
| Plan | Monthly | Calls included | After that |
|---|---|---|---|
| StarterFor a single location taking calls one line at a time. | $49 | 200 | $0.45 per call |
| ProfessionalBooking, routing and transfers included, not an add-on. | $149 | 750 | $0.35 per call |
| ScaleFor busy phones and longer opening hours. | $349 | 2,000 | $0.25 per call |
The short version
- Booking is included on every tier. Rosie keeps booking and live transfer behind its $149 plan.
- The overage rate is on the pricing page. Rosie, Ruby, Slang and AnswerConnect do not publish theirs.
- Calls are counted, not minutes, so a long useful conversation costs the same as a short one.
Questions people ask about this list
Can an AI receptionist book a new chiropractic patient into an open slot?
Yes. GreetKeeper reads real availability from Google Calendar or Outlook, offers the open slots, confirms the patient's name, number and time, and writes the visit during the call. It also asks the intake questions you set, such as the reason for the visit and the insurer.
Does Utah's AI law apply to a chiropractor?
Chiropractic is a state-licensed health occupation, and Utah's AI Policy Act requires regulated occupations to disclose an AI prominently and verbally at the start. GreetKeeper's disclosure setting puts that sentence first in the greeting, in the words you choose.
What does it do when an existing patient wants to move a care-plan visit?
It finds the next open slot on the same doctor's calendar, confirms the new time back, and writes the change. The patient receives one text with the booking confirmation after the call, and a reply with the opt-out word stops further texts.
Why does GreetKeeper rank itself first for chiropractors?
On the criteria above: booking on the $49 plan, the reschedule handled live, verbal AI disclosure, and the overage printed at $0.45 a call. Rosie's booking is on its $149 plan and Ruby's overage is not on its pricing page. Every plan starts with a 14-day trial with no card.
