My AI Front Desk pricing, now Frontdesk

My AI Front Desk now sells its product as Frontdesk, and one plan answers phone calls. Business-in-a-Box costs $99 a month, or $79 a month billed annually, and includes 200 voice minutes. Anything past that is paid in credits: one extra voice minute uses 25 credits, and a credit is worth one cent.

The plan also bundles 100 chatbot conversations, 400 texts and a pool of 1,000 overage credits each month. Those monthly credits expire at the end of the month. When the pool runs dry, Frontdesk auto-reloads $10 for 1,000 more, and purchased credits carry over.

Partner and Enterprise pricing is custom and set by volume, with voice from 7 credits a minute. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. We read these figures on myaifrontdesk.com on 24 September 2026, where the page and the company name, AI Front Desk, Inc., both appear.

How the Frontdesk bill grows

  • Voice minutes, not calls. Two hundred minutes is 66 calls at three minutes each, or 100 calls at two.
  • The free credit pool covers 40 extra voice minutes. Past that, every 40 minutes triggers another $10 reload.
  • Everything shares one pool. Texts, chats and form leads past their allowances draw on the same credits your extra voice minutes use.
  • Monthly credits expire at month end, so a quiet month doesn't bank anything for a busy one. Purchased reload credits do carry over.
  • History is capped at the last 200 logs on Business-in-a-Box, which a busy office can pass in a few weeks.

Worked example

A three-agent real estate office takes 110 calls a month. Buyers ask about listings, so calls run about three minutes, which is 330 voice minutes.

  1. Included

    Business-in-a-Box covers the first 200 minutes. $99.

  2. Overage

130 extra minutes at 25 credits is 3,250 credits. The free monthly pool covers 1,000.

  3. Reloads

the other 2,250 credits come from three $10 reloads, which leave 750 credits in the bank. $30.

  4. Frontdesk total for the month

    $99 + $30 = $129, or $109 on annual billing.

  5. GreetKeeper Starter

110 answered calls fit inside the 200 included, whatever their length. $49.

The Frontdesk meter follows talk time, so a chatty month costs more even when the call count stays flat. GreetKeeper's count is the number of answered calls, which is why the same office pays $49 on Starter.

Where our own price sits

GreetKeeper bills per answered call: $49 for 200 calls, $149 for 750 and $349 for 2,000. Past that, a call costs $0.45, $0.35 or $0.25, printed on our pricing page, with no credits to convert.

Every plan books into Google Calendar or Outlook, transfers to your team, and sends each call to you as a transcript and a short summary. The 14-day free trial turns every feature on, and you don't need a card to start.

PlanMonthlyCalls includedAfter that
StarterFor a single location taking calls one line at a time.$49200$0.45 per call
ProfessionalBooking, routing and transfers included, not an add-on.$149750$0.35 per call
ScaleFor busy phones and longer opening hours.$3492,000$0.25 per call

Converting your calls into Frontdesk minutes

Multiply last month's answered calls by your average call length. That's the minute count Frontdesk bills against.

Subtract 200, multiply by 25 and subtract 1,000. What's left, divided by 1,000, is the number of $10 reloads you'd buy.

Run the same calls through GreetKeeper by count alone. Robocalls, spam calls and very short calls come off before you count.

Every competitor figure on this page was read on that vendor's own pricing page in September 2026. Prices change. Check before you buy.
