Moneypenny US pricing: people plans and AI plans
Moneypenny prices its US service two ways on one page. People Answering is sold in minute bundles of 50, 100, 200 and 500 minutes. AI Answering is sold in call bundles of 25, 50, 100 and 250 calls. Each bundle lists its own rate for extra minutes or extra calls, and that rate falls as the bundle grows.
There are no feature tiers. Every people plan includes 24/7 answering, bilingual answering, CRM integrations and the mobile app. Every AI plan includes 24/7 answering, a reporting dashboard and escalation to a person. There's no long-term contract, and Moneypenny asks for 30 days' notice to cancel.
Moneypenny shows its prices to a person in a browser, and its site returns a 403 block to crawlers such as GPTBot and ClaudeBot (checked 24 September 2026). This page explains the structure; open moneypenny.com/us/pricing for the dollar figures on the day you buy.

What decides a Moneypenny bill
- Which meter you choose. On people plans your cost follows talk time; on AI plans it follows the number of calls.
- Call length on the people plans. Ten three-minute calls use 30 minutes of a bundle, and ten six-minute calls use 60.
- The size of the AI bundles. The largest published AI bundle is 250 calls, so a busy office plans around extra calls or a custom quote.
- The gap between bundles. At 270 minutes you're choosing between the 200-minute bundle with 70 extra minutes and the 500-minute bundle.
- Notice to leave. Moneypenny asks for 30 days' notice, effective from the next billing date.
Worked example
A plumbing firm takes 90 calls a month. Calls average three minutes because customers describe the leak, so that's 270 minutes of talk.
Moneypenny People Answering
270 minutes sits between the 200 and 500 bundles, so you'd pay the 200-minute plan plus 70 minutes at its extra-minute rate.
Moneypenny AI Answering
90 calls fit the 100-call bundle, with 10 calls spare.
GreetKeeper Starter
90 answered calls fit inside the 200 included. $49.
GreetKeeper in a storm week that doubles the calls
180 calls, still inside Starter. $49.
Moneypenny's AI meter counts calls just as GreetKeeper does, so the comparison comes down to bundle size and the per-call rate. GreetKeeper's Starter includes 200 calls, and every call past that costs $0.45, printed on our pricing page.
Where our own price sits
GreetKeeper sells one meter: answered calls. Plans are $49 for 200, $149 for 750 and $349 for 2,000, with extra calls at $0.45, $0.35 or $0.25.
Booking into Google Calendar or Outlook, transfers to your team and a second fallback number are on every plan. Robocalls and spam calls are screened out before the greeting and don't count toward your plan.
| Plan | Monthly | Calls included | After that |
|---|---|---|---|
| StarterFor a single location taking calls one line at a time. | $49 | 200 | $0.45 per call |
| ProfessionalBooking, routing and transfers included, not an add-on. | $149 | 750 | $0.35 per call |
| ScaleFor busy phones and longer opening hours. | $349 | 2,000 | $0.25 per call |
Getting a clean Moneypenny comparison
Decide first whether you want people or AI answering, because the two meters don't compare directly.
For the people plans, multiply your monthly calls by your average call length. For the AI plans, count the calls.
