Studios get asked the same four questions by phone, and Mindbody never hears them
Mindbody has no working Zapier app today, so nothing is written into your schedule. Most studio calls are questions anyway, and those get answered.
Caller
“Is the 7am hot yoga still running? And do I need to bring my own mat, or can I hire one there?”
What happened next
- Both questions answered from the studio details you trained it on
- New caller's details emailed to your studio manager
- Class interest and the caller's mobile included on the request
How GreetKeeper connects to Mindbody
Three states, and we publish the one that is true rather than the one that reads best.

What Mindbody handles
Mindbody is scheduling and business software for fitness studios, spas and wellness businesses. Class schedules, memberships, class packs, staff, retail and a consumer marketplace all run through it.
Class-based businesses are its center of gravity. Capacity, waitlists, passes and membership entitlements interact with each other, and that logic is deliberately strict.
Zapier's own directory lists Mindbody as not yet available, and we checked that in September 2026. Mindbody does have an API for developers, and some outside companies sell connectors built on it. Those are separate products, so we mark Mindbody as not connected.
Where the call lands
With your studio manager, as a new-client request. Mindbody itself is not touched.
Everything the caller said is in GreetKeeper first. The class they asked about, their mobile number and whether they are new to the studio are captured on the call.
When the call ends, the details go out by email. For a first-time caller that's the useful part: your studio has a name, a number and the class they asked about.
If you'd rather work from a list, a Zap on a paid Zapier plan can catch our webhook and add each caller to a Google Sheet. Staff then create the client in Mindbody and handle the class booking there, where passes, capacity and waitlists are checked properly.
Setting it up
Answering questions well is worth more here than booking classes.
Train GreetKeeper on the questions you get all day
Class times, parking, what to bring, whether a first class is free. These are most of your call volume, and answering them at 6:32am costs nothing and needs no Zap at all.
Choose where new-client requests go
The manager's inbox is the usual answer. Use a shared sheet if several people cover the desk through the week.
Decide what GreetKeeper asks a new caller
Name, mobile, email and the class they want. Keep it short, because someone ringing before a 7am class wants an answer and not a form.
Call your own line before class
Ask about a class, give your details, and check the request arrives. Then check the answers you heard were right.
What this does not do
Questions about Mindbody and GreetKeeper
Does GreetKeeper integrate with Mindbody?
Not yet. Zapier lists Mindbody as not yet available, and we don't write into it directly. Calls are answered, and new-client details reach your team by email or sheet.
What is the real win for a studio then?
The questions. Class times, what to bring, parking and pricing are most of the calls a studio gets, and they arrive at hours when nobody is at the desk. Answering those is the value, with the new-client request as a bonus.
Does it know if a class is full?
No. GreetKeeper does not read live class capacity. Train it to say that spaces are checked when the studio confirms, rather than promising a place it has no way to reserve.
