Boulevard runs a tight front desk, and the phone is the part it cannot answer for you

GreetKeeper hands the call over by webhook, and a Zap on a paid Zapier plan catches it. Boulevard's Zapier app then writes the client. It is slower than writing into a calendar directly.

Caller

“I'd like to book the hydrafacial. I had it in June with Dana. Same thing again, any evening that works.”

What happened next

  • Caller matched to your hydrafacial service and Dana noted as the request
  • Zap fired to Boulevard with the client details and the service asked for
  • Evening preference logged, so the desk offers the right window

How GreetKeeper connects to Boulevard

Three states, and we publish the one that is true rather than the one that reads best.

What Boulevard does

Boulevard is booking and management software aimed at salons, spas and medical aesthetics businesses. It leans towards higher-end operations that care about the guest experience end to end.

The front-desk workflow is its focus. Self-booking rules, precise service and provider setup, client history, memberships and payment all run together in one system.

Its Zapier app covers clients more than appointments. We read the action list in Zapier's directory in September 2026. It can create or update a client, add a client note, add a tag and block time on the calendar. It can update an existing appointment, and it has no action that creates one.

Where the booking lands

Inside Boulevard, as a client record with a note. The appointment is placed by your desk.

GreetKeeper keeps the call. The service asked for, the provider named, the preferred window and the caller's number are all in your log immediately.

The Zap writes to Boulevard next. The client is created or matched on their contact details, and the service the caller named goes onto a client note.

Your front desk closes the loop. They place the appointment from the captured detail. That suits most Boulevard businesses, because they care about which provider does what.

Connecting it

Decide how much control you are handing over before you build anything.

  1. Open the Zap with a hook, then read Boulevard's actions

The first step is Webhooks by Zapier set to Catch Hook, with its address pasted into GreetKeeper. Then connect Boulevard in Zapier and look at the list. You'll find client, note, tag and timeblock actions, and nothing that creates an appointment. Design the flow around that.

  2. Decide whether to hold the time as well

Every flow here is a capture flow: the Zap creates the client and the note, and your desk books it. You can add a timeblock step to hold the slot until they do. Aesthetics businesses with consultation rules usually skip the hold.

  3. Map your services and their real durations

Name each service the way a caller says it, not the way it appears in your price list. Someone rings about a hydrafacial, not about service code 114.

  4. Test it with your front desk watching

Place a call asking for a treatment by name and a provider by name. Ask the desk whether what appeared in Boulevard is enough to book from. Adjust and repeat until it is.

What this connection does not do

Questions about Boulevard and GreetKeeper

Can a caller request their usual provider?

They can name them, and the name goes on the client note. Your desk places the appointment in that provider's column, because Boulevard's Zapier app can't create appointments.

Does it enforce our cancellation policy?

No. Card-on-file rules and cancellation fees live in Boulevard and stay with your team. GreetKeeper can read the policy aloud to a caller if you train it to, which is often enough.

We are a med-spa. Is this safe for us?

Keep the call to scheduling and contact details. GreetKeeper carries no certifications, and we make no HIPAA claim, so treatment detail belongs in your own system rather than in a call record or a Zap field.

Is a free Zapier account enough for a salon our size?

No, whatever your size. GreetKeeper isn't listed as a Zapier app yet, so the call arrives through Webhooks by Zapier, and that trigger is reserved for paid plans. Count it as a running cost next to Boulevard.
