Can an AI receptionist book into Calendly? Yes, through Zapier
GreetKeeper books phone callers into Calendly through Zapier. When the call ends, GreetKeeper posts a webhook. Webhooks by Zapier catches it with Catch Hook, which needs a paid Zapier plan (Professional or above). Calendly's own Zapier action then books the invitee.
That action is Book Meeting for Invitee, listed on Calendly's Zapier page when we checked in September 2026. It books against an event type you pick, so Calendly's own rules still apply: length, buffers and the hours you allow.
Calendly isn't the last stop. It sends its usual confirmation and reminder emails, then pushes the event onto the Google or Outlook calendar it's already connected to. Your web visitors and your phone callers end up in the same place.

Where the booking lands, hop by hop
Three hops, and each one leaves a record you can check.
First, GreetKeeper takes the booking on the call. It reads the name, email and time back to your caller, and the whole call sits in your GreetKeeper log straight away.
Next, your Zap catches the webhook. The payload carries the caller's name, number, email when they gave it, the reason for calling and the requested time. Zapier maps those into Book Meeting for Invitee.
Last, Calendly does what it always does. Your invitee appears under that event type, gets Calendly's confirmation email, and shows on your connected calendar. GreetKeeper also texts the caller once with the booking confirmation.

Choose one, like a 30-minute intro call. A caller can't browse eleven event types by ear, so keep it to one or two and let GreetKeeper route by what they ask for.
Start the Zap with Webhooks by Zapier
In Zapier, start a Zap, choose Webhooks by Zapier and pick Catch Hook. Paste the address it gives you into GreetKeeper's webhook settings, then place a test call so Zapier has a real booking to map.
Add Book Meeting for Invitee and map the fields
Pick Calendly as the action app, choose Book Meeting for Invitee, and map your caller's details from the webhook. Put the reason for calling into a Calendly question so you read it before the meeting.
Turn the Zap on and ring your own number
Book yourself in. Watch the invitee appear in Calendly and check both confirmations arrived, then cancel it. Do this before your published number goes anywhere near it.

Match GreetKeeper's hours and appointment length to your Calendly event type, buffers and daily limits included. Every time a caller hears is then one Calendly accepts.
