Posh pricing, explained
Posh's rate card has a structure that catches people, so read it carefully before you pick a tier. You get seven named ones, from Chïc at $65 to Exclusive at $1,900, each with a monthly base, a block of included receptionist minutes, and a per-minute rate for everything you use beyond it.
The catch is Chïc. At $65 it looks like the cheapest way into this market, and it gives you zero minutes. Every minute you use costs $2.30 on top. Fifteen minutes of calls makes your bill $99.50; a hundred minutes makes it $295, which is more than you'd pay on Posh's own $215 Elegant tier for the same hundred.
Their page offers you a free trial good for seven days or 250 receptionist minutes, whichever comes first, with no card required. The card is marked effective 1 January 2026 and we read it in September 2026.

What to check on a Posh quote
- Whether you're on Chïc. It's the only tier with no minutes, and it's the one most people land on by looking at the entry price.
- Your actual monthly minutes, because the crossover between adjacent Posh tiers is sharp and the cheapest tier changes every 50 minutes or so.
- The per-minute rate barely moves. $2.30 at the bottom and $1.90 at the top is a 17 percent discount across a 29-fold increase in commitment.
- The trial's shape: seven days or 250 minutes, whichever comes first, so a busy week ends it early.
- Rounding, which their page doesn't state. Worth asking, because it matters most on short calls.
Worked example
A boutique estate agency takes 90 calls a month at four minutes each, because people ask about properties. That's 360 minutes.
Posh Prestigious
$700 covers 350 minutes, then 10 at $2.00. $720.
Posh Luxurious
$420 covers 200, then 160 at $2.10. $756. So the dearer-looking tier is cheaper here.
Posh Chïc
$65 + 360 × $2.30 = $893.

Three tiers from one vendor, on one phone, spanning $720 to $893. Posh tells you enough to find your right one, which is more than several competitors manage, but you do have to run the sum yourself.

$49 for 200 answered calls, $149 for 750, $349 for 2,000, and $0.45, $0.35 or $0.25 after. There's one rate card and three rows, so there's no tier arithmetic to get wrong.
Booking is on every tier, and there's no per-minute component at all. The four-minute property inquiry above counts as one call.

Why does Posh's cheapest plan often cost the most?
Because Chïc gives you no minutes. You pay $65 for the subscription and $2.30 for every minute, so 100 minutes costs you $295 against $215 on their own Elegant tier. Your cheapest entry price and your cheapest plan are different things here.
Does Posh publish an overage rate?
Yes, on every tier, from $2.30 down to $1.90, so you can price your own busy month. That puts them in the minority alongside PATLive, AnswerConnect, Dialzara, Goodcall and us. Ruby, Rosie, Abby Connect and Slang.ai won't tell you.
What is Posh's free trial?
