Ring Savvy pricing: three minute bundles and a custom quote

Ring Savvy prices its live answering service by the minute, sold in monthly bundles. Clever is $132.50 for 50 minutes, Savvy is $240 for 100 minutes, and Sharp is $1,075 for 500 minutes. A fourth option, Custom, is a minutes package you quote with their sales team.

Every bundle carries the same features: 24/7 coverage, support and the Ring Savvy app. So the only thing you're choosing is how many minutes of receptionist time you buy. There are no contracts, and you can cancel any time.

One detail matters for search. Ring Savvy's robots.txt blocks crawlers from its pricing page, so some price roundups skip it or quote an old figure. We opened ringsavvy.com/answering-service-pricing in a browser on 24 September 2026, and the numbers here come from that page.

Read in a browser on ringsavvy.com/answering-service-pricing, September 2026 (checked 2026-09-24). The page is disallowed for crawlers in robots.txt but shows these prices to visitors. It lists a 400-minute free trial with no credit card, and prints no rate for minutes past a bundle.

What sets your Ring Savvy bill

  • Minutes, not calls. A two-minute booking and a twelve-minute rambling enquiry both draw down the same bundle, so your average call length decides the plan.
  • The gap between bundles. Savvy stops at 100 minutes and Sharp starts at 500, so a business that uses 200 minutes a month lands between two published plans.
  • Minutes past the bundle. The pricing page doesn't print a per-minute rate beyond the allowance, so ask for it before you sign.
  • Intake scripts and dispatch. Ring Savvy runs your custom intake on every first-time caller and can dispatch staff to emergencies, and longer scripts use more minutes.

Worked example

A two-van HVAC company gets 180 calls a month. Say its calls average two and a half minutes once intake questions are asked.

  1. Minutes used

    180 calls × 2.5 minutes = 450 minutes a month.

  2. Ring Savvy Savvy covers 100 minutes, well short of 450. Sharp covers 500 minutes for $1,075 a month.

  3. GreetKeeper Starter

$49 covers 200 answered calls, so all 180 fit on the plan with 20 to spare.

  4. GreetKeeper past the allowance

$0.45 a call on Starter, printed on the pricing page, however long each call runs.

At 450 minutes, this company buys Ring Savvy's Sharp bundle for $1,075 a month. GreetKeeper answers the same 180 calls on Starter for $49, and the price doesn't change when a caller talks for ten minutes.

Where our own price sits

GreetKeeper counts calls, never minutes. Starter is $49 for 200 answered calls, Professional $149 for 750 and Scale $349 for 2,000, then $0.45, $0.35 or $0.25 a call. Annual billing gives two months free.

Robocalls and spam calls are screened out before the greeting and don't count toward your plan. Every call arrives as a transcript and a short summary, and GreetKeeper texts the on-call person with the caller's details when a job can't wait.

PlanMonthlyCalls includedAfter that
StarterFor a single location taking calls one line at a time.$49200$0.45 per call
ProfessionalBooking, routing and transfers included, not an add-on.$149750$0.35 per call
ScaleFor busy phones and longer opening hours.$3492,000$0.25 per call

Before you pick a minutes bundle

Pull last month's call log and add up the minutes, since a bundle priced by the minute is only as cheap as your longest callers let it be.

Ask Ring Savvy for its rate on minutes past the bundle, and whether unused minutes roll over.

Time your intake script out loud. Every question a receptionist asks is billed time.

Every competitor figure on this page was read on that vendor's own pricing page in September 2026. Prices change. Check before you buy.

Questions people ask

How much does Ring Savvy cost?

Ring Savvy costs $132.50 a month for 50 minutes on Clever, $240 for 100 minutes on Savvy and $1,075 for 500 minutes on Sharp, as of September 2026. Larger packages are quoted on its Custom plan.

Does Ring Savvy have a free trial?

Yes. Ring Savvy's pricing page offers 400 free minutes of 24/7 coverage with every feature on, started by scheduling a call, and no credit card. GreetKeeper's 14-day free trial also turns every feature on with no card, and you start it yourself at signup.

Why can't some sites show Ring Savvy's prices?

Ring Savvy's robots.txt disallows its pricing page for crawlers, so tools that respect robots.txt never read it. The prices do show to anyone who opens the page in a browser, which is how we read them on 24 September 2026.

How does forwarding work if I want to answer first?

You set conditional forwarding at your carrier, so calls you miss go on to the answering number. With GreetKeeper, the ring count is set where the forwarding is set, and GreetKeeper answers the moment the call arrives on your dedicated local number.

What does 180 calls a month cost on GreetKeeper?

$49 on the Starter plan, which covers 200 answered calls. Call length doesn't change the price, and there's no setup fee.

Pay per call, not per minute

Starter covers 200 answered calls for $49 a month, whatever the call length. Start free for 14 days, no card needed.
