Rosie AI pricing, plan by plan
Rosie sells three plans, all priced by the minute. Professional is $49 a month for 250 minutes, Scale is $149 for 1,000 and Growth is $299 for 2,000. Annual billing gives two months free, and every plan starts with a 7-day free trial.
The feature line between plans matters more than the minutes. Booking straight into your calendar, warm transfers and live transfers start on Scale at $149. On Professional, Rosie texts the caller a booking link instead. Growth adds waterfall transfers, which try several numbers until someone answers.
Rosie's pricing page doesn't print a rate for minutes past your allowance. We read these figures on heyrosie.com on 24 September 2026.

What pushes a Rosie bill up
- Booking. If you want appointments written to your calendar during the call, the entry price is $149, not $49.
- Call length. Every plan is a minute bundle, so a 5-minute quote call uses as much of the plan as two short ones.
- The unpriced overage. Rosie's page states no rate for extra minutes, so a month past 250 minutes has no figure you can plan around.
- Transfers. A live handoff to your team starts on Scale, and trying a second person when the first doesn't answer starts on Growth at $299.
- Texting from your website is a separate $50 add-on with 25 conversations.
Worked example
A two-van plumbing company takes 160 calls a month at about 2.5 minutes each, which is 400 minutes. The owner wants jobs booked straight into the calendar.
Rosie Professional
250 minutes is short by 150, and calendar booking isn't on this plan. Not an option for this job.
Rosie Scale
$149 covers 1,000 minutes and books on the calendar. $149.
Rosie Scale on annual billing, two months free
$1,490 a year, about $124 a month.
GreetKeeper Starter
160 answered calls fit inside the 200 included, with booking on the plan. $49.
For this plumber, the minutes decide nothing: the booking feature puts Rosie at $149. GreetKeeper's $49 plan books the same jobs into Google Calendar or Outlook, and a missed transfer tries a second number you nominate.
Where our own price sits
GreetKeeper counts calls, not minutes: $49 for 200 answered calls, $149 for 750 and $349 for 2,000. Extra calls cost $0.45, $0.35 or $0.25, and those rates are printed on our pricing page.
Booking, transfers to your team and a second fallback number are on every plan. After a call the caller gets one text with the booking link or the confirmation, and every plan starts with a 14-day free trial with no card.
| Plan | Monthly | Calls included | After that |
|---|---|---|---|
| StarterFor a single location taking calls one line at a time. | $49 | 200 | $0.45 per call |
| ProfessionalBooking, routing and transfers included, not an add-on. | $149 | 750 | $0.35 per call |
| ScaleFor busy phones and longer opening hours. | $349 | 2,000 | $0.25 per call |
