Phone callers booked into Setmore beside your online bookings
GreetKeeper takes the call, confirms the service and the time, and its webhook hands the booking to Setmore through Zapier.

What Setmore is, and how it works with Zapier
Setmore is online scheduling software for appointment businesses. Clients book a service with a staff member from your booking page, and your team sees every appointment on one calendar.
Setmore's own Zapier help article describes a Create Appointment action, with Create Customer used in its worked example. That article also says the Zapier connection supports service appointments, and that Setmore's Zapier triggers need a Setmore Pro account.
For a phone call, the action is the part that matters. GreetKeeper supplies the caller and the requested slot, and Create Appointment puts it in Setmore.
How a phone booking reaches your Setmore calendar
GreetKeeper fires one signed webhook for each booking. Your Zap reads it and writes the appointment.
First, Create Customer adds the caller with the name, number and email they gave on the phone. GreetKeeper reads the name and number back before the booking is made, so the customer record is spelled the way the caller spells it.
Next, Create Appointment books the slot. The service and staff member come from your intake answers, and the time comes from the webhook. Your front desk sees it on the same Setmore calendar as the bookings that came in online.
Want the call itself as well? Put the short summary and the transcript link in the appointment notes. Whoever takes the booking can read what the client asked before they walk in.
Connecting GreetKeeper to Setmore
You'll set this up once, then every phone booking follows the same path.
Tell GreetKeeper your services and staff
List each service with its length and who performs it. Point GreetKeeper at your website first and it drafts the list for you to correct.
Catch the webhook with a paid Zapier plan
Webhooks by Zapier and its Catch Hook trigger need a paid Zapier plan (Professional or above). Paste the hook address into GreetKeeper's webhook setting.
Add Create Customer and Create Appointment
Connect Setmore inside Zapier. Map the caller into Create Customer. Then map the service and staff intake answers, plus the booked time, into Create Appointment.
Book yourself by phone
Call your GreetKeeper number, ask for a real service and check that the appointment appears in Setmore with the right staff member.
Getting more from Setmore phone bookings
Use the service names from your Setmore booking page word for word. The Zap matches them more reliably, and your callers hear the same names they see online.
Set closure dates in GreetKeeper for holidays. On those days it answers as closed and takes a message instead of offering a time.
After the call, the caller receives one text with the booking confirmation. A reply with the opt-out word stops further texts.
Questions about Setmore and GreetKeeper
Does a Setmore phone booking need Setmore Pro?
Setmore's Zapier help article says its Zapier triggers need a Setmore Pro account. A phone booking uses Setmore's Create Appointment action, which the same article covers. Check your Setmore plan before you build the Zap.
Which Zapier plan does this take?
A paid Zapier plan, Professional or above. The Zap starts with Webhooks by Zapier and its Catch Hook trigger, then Setmore's own action writes the booking.
Can GreetKeeper book a specific staff member?
Yes. Add “Who would you like to see?” as an intake question and train GreetKeeper on who performs each service. The answer travels in the webhook, and your Zap maps it into Create Appointment.
What if the caller changes their mind about the time?
GreetKeeper reads the name, number and time back before it books. The caller can correct any of them before the booking is sent to Setmore.
