The 11pm no-heat call arrives in ServiceTitan before your dispatcher opens the board
GreetKeeper sends a webhook, a Zap catches it, and ServiceTitan's own Zapier app creates the record. That needs a paid Zapier plan, and it is not a direct write into dispatch.
Caller
“My furnace has packed up and the house is freezing. I've got two kids here. How early can somebody come out?”
What happened next
- Address, phone number and the fault captured in the caller's own words
- Zap fired to create the booking record in ServiceTitan
- Your on-call tech texted, because no-heat matched your emergency rule
How GreetKeeper connects to ServiceTitan
Three states, and we publish the one that is true rather than the one that reads best.

What ServiceTitan handles here
ServiceTitan is the operating system for a lot of larger home-service firms. Dispatch board, job costing, technician mobile app, memberships, payroll and pricebook all live in it.
Its Zapier app is narrower than the product. The actions that matter to a phone booking create booking requests or leads, with the customer and location details attached, so the record enters ServiceTitan rather than an inbox.
Dispatch stays deliberate. A booking request is a thing your office confirms and turns into a job on the board. That is how most ServiceTitan shops want it, because capacity, zone and skill all get decided by a person.
Where the booking lands
As a booking record in ServiceTitan that your office converts, not a job on tomorrow's board.
The call is captured first. GreetKeeper has the address, the callback number, the equipment fault and the urgency, and all of it sits in your call log whatever Zapier does next.
The Zap creates the record in ServiceTitan through its Zapier app. The customer name, the service address, the phone number and the job description go across, and the description carries the caller's actual words rather than a category code.
Your dispatcher then does the part only a person can do. They pick the tech, the zone and the arrival window, and convert the request into a job. What has changed is that the work is waiting in ServiceTitan at 7am instead of sitting in a voicemail queue.
Connecting it
Get your ServiceTitan API access sorted first. That is the long pole here.
Register your tenant for ServiceTitan's Zapier beta
ServiceTitan's Zapier app is in open beta, and ServiceTitan says it is not officially supported. You register your Tenant ID first, and access can take up to two business days. ServiceTitan also limits Zapier to plans that include API access, so check yours before you pick a go-live date.
Decide what GreetKeeper is allowed to create
Most shops start with one thing: a booking request for a standard service call. Emergencies get a transfer to the on-call number instead. Write that rule down before you build anything.
Build the Zap and map the address carefully
Webhooks by Zapier with Catch Hook is the first step, listening for GreetKeeper's webhook. The ServiceTitan action follows it. Street, city and ZIP code need to be separate fields, because a single address blob is what makes dispatchers ring the customer back.
Run a test call with your dispatcher watching
Have them sit in ServiceTitan while you ring in as a customer. They will spot a missing field in ten seconds that you would miss for a month.

Questions about ServiceTitan and GreetKeeper
Is ServiceTitan's Zapier app officially supported?
Not by ServiceTitan. Its help center calls the app an open beta, offered as is, and points Zap setup questions to Zapier's support. ServiceTitan supports the API underneath. Weigh that before you put your after-hours line on it.
Can GreetKeeper assign the job to a technician?
No. The Zapier app creates the record; technician assignment and the arrival window stay with your dispatcher. If a page anywhere promises automatic dispatch through Zapier, ask exactly which action it calls.
What happens on a true emergency at 2am?
Set an emergency rule. GreetKeeper can transfer the caller to your on-call number when the reason matches words like no heat, flooding or gas. The record is still created, so nothing is lost either way.
Does the caller's description reach the technician?
It reaches ServiceTitan in the job description field, and from there it flows to whoever works the record. The transcript also stays in GreetKeeper, so your office can read the whole call if the summary is not enough.
Do we need a paid Zapier plan as well as the ServiceTitan beta access?
Yes, both. No GreetKeeper app is listed in Zapier yet, so the Zap listens with Webhooks by Zapier, which sits behind Zapier's paid tiers. Budget for that alongside the API access ServiceTitan asks for.
