A caller starts in Spanish and we owe you a straight answer
GreetKeeper launches English-first. We have not verified a Spanish language claim, so this page tells you what we know instead of selling you something.
Caller
“Buenos días, quería preguntar por una cita.” The caller is asking about an appointment, in Spanish.
What happened next
- What happens here is exactly what we have not verified
- Do not plan a Spanish-speaking customer base around this page
- Ask us directly and we will tell you what the build does today
Most vendors answer this question too easily
Search for an AI receptionist and you will find long language lists on nearly every site. Very few of them say how well each language actually works on a phone call.
A language list is cheap to publish. Handling a real Spanish call is harder, because callers switch between languages mid-sentence, use regional words, and ring from noisy places.
If a third of your callers speak Spanish, a half-working answer is worse than none. The caller gets confused, gives up, and you never learn it happened.
So we are not going to give you a list. GreetKeeper is English-first at launch, and anything beyond that has not been verified to a standard we would put in writing.
What we can and cannot tell you today
Four honest statements, which is all we have.
English is what launched
The product answers, books and captures detail in English. That part is built and running, and it is the only language claim we will make right now.
Spanish is not confirmed
We have not published a verified Spanish capability, and we are not going to imply one. If a page anywhere suggests otherwise, treat this page as the correct one.
Ask us before you buy on this basis
If Spanish calls are the reason you are here, say so on the call. We will tell you plainly what the build handles today, including if the answer is no.
A Spanish caller can still reach a person
Routing rules are language-neutral. You can send a call to a bilingual member of your team when it comes in, which works regardless of what the AI can say.
Pricing, since you are probably comparing
The plan numbers are the same whatever you are here to solve.
| Plan | Monthly | Calls included | After that |
|---|---|---|---|
| StarterFor a single location taking calls one line at a time. | $49 | 200 | $0.45 per call |
| ProfessionalBooking, routing and transfers included, not an add-on. | $149 | 750 | $0.35 per call |
| ScaleFor busy phones and longer opening hours. | $349 | 2,000 | $0.25 per call |
Starter is $49 a month for 200 answered calls at $0.45 over. Professional is $149 for 750 at $0.35. Scale is $349 for 2,000 at $0.25.
Booking is included on every tier, and the overage rate is printed rather than quoted on request. Those two things are checkable today, which is why we lead with them.
If Spanish is a requirement rather than a nice-to-have, hold off until you have asked us. We would rather lose the sale than take money for a capability we have not confirmed.
The limits, stated plainly
Questions people ask
Does GreetKeeper speak Spanish?
We are not claiming that it does. The product is English-first at launch and we have not verified a Spanish capability, so ask us directly before making a decision on it.
Can I route Spanish callers to a person?
Yes, and that works today. You can set a rule that transfers a caller to a bilingual member of your team, which does not depend on what the AI can say.
Will Spanish be supported later?
We will not promise a date. When something is built and tested, it will be described on this page with the same honesty you are reading now.
