Arini vs Rondah for dental practices

Arini and Rondah both sell an AI receptionist built for dental offices, and both keep their prices for a demo. Neither rondah.ai nor arini.ai has a pricing page: both /pricing addresses returned a 404 in September 2026.

The difference is in what each one leads with. Arini pitches patient engagement across the whole schedule: inbound calls, outbound reactivation of lapsed patients, confirmations and online booking. Rondah leads with the front desk and the practice system: a direct connection to your practice management software with two-way sync, plus an Operations Command Center for groups.

Arini suits a practice whose gap is empty chairs from patients who stopped coming back. Rondah suits a practice or DSO whose gap is calls that need to land in the practice system without re-keying. Both quote after a demo, so go in with your call counts.

Published pricing, side by side

What each vendor prints on its own site. The billing unit decides more of the final bill than the headline price does.

What Arini sells beyond answering the phone

Arini's homepage calls it an AI receptionist for dentists, and then widens the brief. It lists inbound call handling, outbound reactivation campaigns, automated appointment confirmations, online scheduling and SMS reminders.

For a group, it adds Watchtower, a performance analytics view, and Forward Deployed Engineers who build custom work for large organizations. Its segments run from 1 to 20 locations up to 100 or more, and on to enterprise health systems.

The site doesn't name the practice management systems it connects to. It says Arini integrates with your existing systems, so ask for your PMS by name in the demo.

What Rondah sells, and where it plugs in

Rondah's pitch is narrower and deeper. It answers bookings, new-patient inquiries and reschedules, and routes calls to staff. The headline feature is a direct connection to your practice management system with bi-directional sync.

Its sample call creates a patient and an appointment in Dentrix, which shows the kind of write-back it means. For DSOs, the Operations Command Center gives one view across locations to spot scheduling gaps.

Rondah also advertises support by call, text or email at any hour, with a field team behind it. If your office manager wants someone to ring when the schedule looks wrong, that's worth asking about.

Getting two comparable quotes

With no public prices, your comparison is only as good as the numbers you bring. Pull three months of inbound calls per location, split by new patients, existing patients and after-hours.

Ask both vendors to price the same scope: inbound answering only, then inbound plus recall. Arini sells reactivation as part of the product, and Rondah lists the Command Center as a second product, so a like-for-like quote needs both lines spelled out.

Then ask how each one counts usage, whether per location, per call or per minute. That answer sets what a busy January does to next year's bill.

A priced option for a practice or a group

Disclosure: GreetKeeper is our product, and this is the one section it appears in. It answers with an AI, and its prices are public. Starter is $49 a month for 200 answered calls, Professional is $149 for 750 and Scale is $349 for 2,000, with overage of $0.45, $0.35 or $0.25 a call. Groups can take the Multi-location plan, from $299 per location.

Each office gets a dedicated local number with the area code you choose, and each number keeps its own hours, greeting and calendar under one account. New-patient calls are booked into Google Calendar or Outlook, and GreetKeeper reads the name, number and time back before it books.

After a call, the patient gets one text with the booking link or confirmation. A signed webhook sends each call's details and summary to the system you run. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, every feature on and no card.

Questions people ask about this comparison

How much do Arini and Rondah cost?

Neither publishes a price. arini.ai/pricing and rondah.ai/pricing both returned a 404 page in September 2026, and both sites send you to a demo. Bring monthly call counts per location so the two quotes cover the same scope.

Does Arini connect to Dentrix?

Arini's homepage says it integrates with your existing systems but names none, read September 2026. Ask for your practice management system by name in the demo. Rondah's sample call shows a patient and appointment created in Dentrix.

Which is better for a DSO, Arini or Rondah?

Both sell to groups. Arini names segments from 1 to 20 locations up to 100 or more, with Watchtower analytics and Forward Deployed Engineers. Rondah offers an Operations Command Center across locations. Compare them on the group view you'd actually use each week.

Can an AI receptionist handle patient recalls?

Arini lists outbound reactivation and automated confirmations alongside inbound answering. Rondah's site leads with inbound calls, bookings and reschedules. If recall is your main gap, ask each vendor to demo an outbound campaign on your own patient list.
