How to forward MightyCall calls to GreetKeeper

MightyCall gives you two places to add GreetKeeper: the Forwarding Numbers list and the Call Flow. Use one, or both for day and night.

The four forwarding modes on MightyCall

MightyCall routes a call in two stages. The Call Flow decides where a call goes by business hours, and your Forwarding Numbers decide which phones ring, at once or one after another. GreetKeeper can be an action in the first or a number in the second.

UnreachableOutside-business-hours path in the Call Flow, with Call any phone numberCalls at night, at weekends and on the holidays you added

MightyCall lets you forward to up to three cell or landline numbers, ringing simultaneously or in sequence. Holidays you add to Business Hours follow the outside-business-hours path automatically.

Settings read on MightyCall's help centre, https://support.mightycall.com/call-forwarding-options and https://support.mightycall.com/call-flow-builder, on 24 September 2026.

Set up forwarding on MightyCall

Five steps, from copying the number to switching it off again.

  1. Copy your GreetKeeper number

Sign in to GreetKeeper and copy your local number. You'll paste it into MightyCall once or twice, depending on how much you want covered.

  2. Add it to Forwarding Numbers

In MightyCall, open Settings, then Forwarding Numbers. Add GreetKeeper as one of your three numbers, choose Sequential and place it after your cell.

  3. Trim your cell's timeout

Set your cell to ring for 24 seconds or less, as MightyCall recommends. That hands the call to GreetKeeper before your mobile carrier's voicemail grabs it.

  4. Point the after-hours path at GreetKeeper

In the Call Flow, click At all hours (24/7), choose Have Business Hours and set your times. On the outside-hours path, add a Call any phone number action with your GreetKeeper number and click Save changes.

  5. Test, then undo whenever you like

Call your MightyCall number from another phone during the day and again after hours. To undo, delete GreetKeeper from the list or the action, and your MightyCall numbers stay as they are.

Setting MightyCall up for a crew that's out all day

Think of a three-truck moving company on MightyCall. The dispatcher's cell rings first for 20 seconds, then GreetKeeper picks up. A family calling for a Saturday quote gets their move date, addresses and rough inventory taken. The dispatcher reads it at the next red light.

Evenings and Sundays run on the Call Flow instead. Set business hours to 8 to 6, Monday to Saturday, and let the outside-hours path call GreetKeeper. Nobody forwards anything by hand, and the switch happens on time every day.

A house-cleaning business with two owners can list both cells and GreetKeeper, in sequence. Owner one, owner two, then GreetKeeper, and every caller reaches someone who can book the clean.

Add your holidays once in Business Hours. MightyCall sends holiday calls down the outside-hours path, so Christmas Day callers hear your greeting and get a slot for the following week.

MightyCall behaviour to know before you test

Declining a forwarded call on your cell can push it into your personal voicemail. MightyCall's help centre says to let the call ring through instead, so it can move on to GreetKeeper.

Call waiting is on by default. MightyCall notes it works on Call to user actions, and you switch it under Settings, then Answering Rules, then Busy.

Answering Rules handle busy and unanswered calls with voicemail, hold or disconnect. Put GreetKeeper in the Forwarding Numbers list, and the caller reaches a conversation first.

Remember Save changes in the Call Flow. MightyCall's own guide reminds you, and an unsaved flow is the usual reason an after-hours test lands in voicemail.

MightyCall forwarding questions

How many numbers can MightyCall forward to?

MightyCall's help centre lists up to three cell or landline numbers under Forwarding Numbers. Put GreetKeeper in one of the three slots and the other two stay free for your team.

Why do forwarded MightyCall calls go to my personal voicemail?

Your mobile carrier's timeout ran out first, usually at around 24 seconds. Set your cell's timeout in MightyCall to 24 seconds or less, and the call moves on to GreetKeeper instead.

Can MightyCall send only after-hours calls to GreetKeeper?

Yes. Set Business Hours in the Call Flow, then add a Call any phone number action with your GreetKeeper number on the outside-business-hours path. Daytime routing stays as it is.

What does the caller get after GreetKeeper answers?

One SMS with the booking link or the booking confirmation, and a reply with the opt-out word stops further texts. You get the transcript, the summary and a text to your on-call person.
