Your largest account waited behind a price shopper

Some callers should never be handled by an assistant. GreetKeeper checks a list you maintain and puts those people through to the person who knows them.

Handled

Caller

“It's Maria from the Greenfield contract, I need to speak to Dan about tomorrow's delivery.”

What happened next

  • Matched against your priority list on the number and the account name
  • Transferred to Dan's mobile within the first twenty seconds
  • Logged so you can see how often that account rings

Your best callers get the same treatment as everyone else

A phone system does not know who pays your bills. Your biggest client and a first-time price inquiry get the identical greeting and the identical wait.

Key accounts notice. Being asked routine screening questions by the firm you spend six figures with is a small insult that accumulates.

It happens the other way too. A referral partner or a recruiter for a role you are desperate to fill gets handled generically and never mentions it.

GreetKeeper checks the caller against a list you maintain, and the people on it take a shorter path to a person.

Priority routing you control

This is a list and a set of rules. Nothing here is a judgment call by the AI.

  1. Keep a list of numbers and names

You maintain it: key account numbers, partner contacts, the accountant, whoever else should skip the queue. Add and remove entries whenever you like.

  2. Match on the number or what they say

A recognized number routes immediately. A caller who names an account or a person on your list can match that way too, which covers mobiles you do not have.

  3. Send them to their own person

Routing can be per contact, so the Greenfield account reaches Dan and the supplier reaches your operations lead. Not everyone lands on the same overflow phone.

  4. Set a fallback that does not embarrass you

If the named person does not answer, you decide what happens: a second number, a text alert, or a message taken with an apology and a time you will call back.

What priority routing costs

It is a routing rule, not an add-on, so the plans below are the whole price.

PlanMonthlyCalls includedAfter that
StarterFor a single location taking calls one line at a time.$49200$0.45 per call
ProfessionalBooking, routing and transfers included, not an add-on.$149750$0.35 per call
ScaleFor busy phones and longer opening hours.$3492,000$0.25 per call

Starter is $49 a month for 200 answered calls at $0.45 over. Professional is $149 for 750 at $0.35. Scale is $349 for 2,000 at $0.25.

A routed VIP call is usually very short, because the point is to transfer quickly. Per-call pricing means those cost the same as any other call rather than being billed on the transfer.

Everything else on your line still gets booked and captured, and booking is on every tier. You are not paying extra to keep both paths working.

The limits of a list

Questions people ask

How does it recognize a key caller?

Usually by the number, which you add to your list. It can also match when a caller names an account or a person you have flagged, which covers unknown mobiles.

Can different contacts go to different people?

Yes. Routing is per entry, so one account reaches its own manager and another reaches yours. You set the fallback for each one separately.

What if the named person is unavailable?

You choose the fallback: a second number, an alert, or a message with a promised callback time. The caller is told the truth rather than left on hold.
